About the event
This 90-minute event offers parents, educators, and caregivers invaluable insights and strategies for effectively supporting children dealing with worry and anxiety. Led by Molly Feigal, gifted facilitator and parent educator, you will learn the power of connection in helping your children navigate through difficult emotions. By understanding how to engage with your child's instinctual brain through reflective listening and empathy, you can effectively calm your child's anxieties and promote healthier brain development. This lecture provides parents with the tools to foster deeper connections with their children, reducing stress hormones and promoting resilience in the face of challenges.
One participant shared, “Molly’s class was a great balance of the science of kids’ brains and practical application for parents that has improved communication and temperament throughout our entire household.”
