How do we gets our kids into the real world and off screens? This class meets 3 times on Tuesdays at 8pm Central. 11/18, 12/2, 12/16. Recordings available. The three sessions will lead us through strategies & techniques while we act as accountability buddies. Total for 3 sessions = $86

REGISTER FOR THIS DATE to be automatically registered for all 3 Tuesday Night classes. You will get a google calendar or zoom invite of all three dates within 48 hours of registration. Class starts at 6pm Pacific/7pm Mountain/8pm Central/9pm Eastern.
Our children will be influenced by devices and screens. Even if we have the best guidelines in place in our own homes, they will still be influenced during their lives! In fact, for most of us devices have ended up being a regulation technique! (Pointing at myself)
And yet, all the research shows that our children's (and our own) mental health improves when we are off our devices.
So...how do we do this?
How do we educate our children about what will come at them through the devices in their own or in friend's hands?
How do we guide them to be aware of the way media can shape our thinking,…
