About the event
REGISTER ON THE 10/13/25 EVENT to be automatically registered for all 3 Monday Night classes. You will get a google calendar invite within 48 hours of registration. All the research shows that our children's (and our own) mental health improves when we are off our devices.
So...how do we do this? Come together for 3 sessions with other parents who are on this journey.
You will walk away with immediately implementable strategies to use, insights on how our kids' brains work, and a network of other parents who are on the same path!
